19 wonderful years as husband and wife!
Just wanted to share that today is my 19th anniversary. I am very proud and happy that our marriage has lasted this long considering we were both kids when we got married. But, Eddie is the most wonderful husband that I could ever ask for! We have been through a lot together! When we first got married he was in the Navy. We moved to Jacksonville, Florida for 8 years. When we first got there I was just a kid. I had no family, no friends, and no job. AND Eddie was going out to sea for weeks and months at a time! I had to grow up really fast. Eddie used to be extremely jealous. I couldn't talk to anybody without him getting mad. He hated it when I started making friends and was not home when he called. Sometimes I would have 20 messages on my machine by the time I got home. But he learned to trust me and we got past that. After 8 years in the Navy, he got out and we moved back to Anderson to be close to our parents. We started trying to have a baby right away. We had our beautiful baby girl LeeAnn and have enjoyed 9 precious years being her parents. We don't always agree about parenting, but we definitely work together as a team and compromise! Here's to another chapter in our lives Eddie! I love you and hope to have many many more years as your wife!
