LeeAnn with Santa
What a fun day we had today. Very busy but fun. First Grandma called us to tell us of a photo opportunity for LeeAnn to sit on Santa's lap. So, we went and did that and then we went to a movie~thanks to John who felt sorry for us when we were rolling our pennies and gave us money for a movie. :) We went and saw Enchanted. That is the cutest movie I have seen in a long time. I LOVED it and will definitely be buying it when it comes out on video. Then after that we went to the zoo to see the Christmas lights. We have had a membership for years but we have always let the cold stop us from going. Tonight we finally went and it was awesome. Gorgeous...just lit up everywhere all over the zoo. LeeAnn got to decorate a cookie and then I took her picture with Mrs. Clause. The Kodiak bear was really close to us tonight and it was so cold you could see his breath. The zookeeper was explaining to us that he was mad because he was ready to go in and that he wasn't used to being out there at night. To those who may not know, one of the bears died. He was very old and the zookeeper said they couldn't do surgery on a 1300 pound bear so they put him to sleep. Anyway, I know I haven't posted pics for awhile so I am going to post some pics from Thanksgiving as well. Enjoy Ruth and don't say I haven't posted anything. LOL
